The City of Flowood and Partridge Inc are seeking a master developer to help develop an 80 acre site located off Lakeland Drive and Hugh Ward Blvd. The project aims to create a town center for Flowood Residents.
Our role was to develop a site masterplan for mixed-use development, housing, parks, and trails oriented constructed ponds, forest, and wetlands. The site includes C3 - General Commercial Lots- 28 ac (Completed), CMU - Mixed-Use Commercial Lots - 40 ac, R1- Single Family Residential Lots - 34 ac, Retention Pond Area - 15 ac, Parks and Greenspace - 24 ac, Pineland Forest - 10 ac, Trails - 3 miles, Event Plaza, and Grass Amphitheater.
